Quiz: Take the Acne Assessment Test

acne test question pictureWhat is the Acne Quiz?

Everyone who suffers with acne is looking for the same thing: a solution that will permanently cure their acne problem. But how can you solve a problem if you don’t know the reason why its there?

The acne assessment is a short (free) test that will help you to understand the root cause of your acne. People suffer acne for a handful of different reasons, and because of this there is no single universal cure. However, once you know what is causing your acne, you can quickly and easily find the solution that WILL work for you.

Isn’t it just common sense that in order to solve a problem (any kind of problem) we must first find out what is causing the problem? For example, if something is wrong with your car, you don’t just go out and start buying new parts! You first find out what exactly is wrong, so that you know how you can properly solve the problem, at your quickest and most affordable convenience. This may sound obvious, but when it comes to acne, acne sufferers almost never know why they have acne. These are the same acne sufferers who go out and spend handfuls of cash on expensive solutions to their pimples, hoping for the best.  But why are they mindlessly buying products when they’re not even sure of the cause?

This acne assessment test is the first (and only) of its kind that provides you with the information you NEED to know about your acne in order to discover the cause of those annoying break-outs once and for all. I am so happy that you have made it this far through my guide, because I know it takes more effort to get through than the so called “miracle” acne cures that other sites advertise. But you and I both know that “miracle” cures are always a scam, and you will be so much better off in the end, I promise you!

The Causes of Acne

Acne is cause by a multitude of different factors (which we will cover in greater detail in part 3 of this guide), but they can broken down into 2 main groups: hormonal acne and toxicity acne.

Hormonal acne is the most familiar and well-known cause of acne. If you have a break-out and ask a friend why, they will most likely reply “It must be your hormones.” Contrary to popular belief, hormonal acne is actually not the most common cause of acne. Also contrary to popular belief is that there IS an easy fix to hormonal acne, you aren’t just doomed to wait it out until your hormones decide to be balanced. If you are suffering from hormonal acne (which you will find out for sure in the next few minutes) there are a few very simple changes you can make in your life that will have dramatic effects on the health and clarity of your skin.

Toxicity acne is by far the most common cause of acne, and few people even know what it is! This is most likely the first time you have ever even heard of it. Acne product companies do everything they can to keep toxicity caused acne hush-hush for 2 reasons:

#1. It is by the far the easiest kind of acne to treat, and the treatment does not require fancy products;

#2. It is by far the most common cause of acne, period. The majority of all acne sufferers have this form of acne, and they don’t even know it!  And if they did know, they surely wouldn’t be spending hundreds of dollars per year toward one of the most profitable industries in the world!

Both hormonal and toxicity acne work in similar ways to produce acne: by overproducing the bacteria on the surface of the skin that causes acne. This is why acne product manufacturers are constantly telling you that all you need is their “special” product, which will eliminate that excess bacteria from your skin, ultimately resulting in less acne. This method of thinking is highly flawed because without getting to the root of the problem and fixing it, your sebaceous glands will continue to be way out of balance and cause more and more acne as time goes on.

After taking the acne test, you will know whether you are suffering from hormonal or toxicity based acne. You might think you know already, but take the test anyway – just to be sure. If you try to treat hormonal acne but you actually have toxicity acne, you’re not going to be doing yourself any favors!

How does the Acne Assessment Test work?

The assessment works by asking a series of 15 questions regarding your skin type, diet, and lifestyle. Based on your answers to these questions, the quiz will be able to decipher the most likely cause of your acne. To get the most out of this assessment, please be as honest as you can. No one knows your answers except for you!

The test is completely free and requires no registration or email. All  you need is a pencil and paper to track your answers. After you take the test you will be guided to part 3, where you learn exactly how to permanently cure your acne by fighting it directly at the cause.

Disclaimer: Keep in mind that I am not a doctor and cannot give you a medical diagnosis of what is causing your acne.  This test is simply for your own benefit so you can understand better what could be the cause of your acne and what you can do to treat it.
